how to overcome stress

Our spinal cord (also known as triple energiser) controls our body organs. But our brain controls the spine. Brain related problems occur when we constantly think for hours (very often leading to stress or depression), drag on a doubt, or suffer from old headache or migraine, etc. Healing With Su Jok To combat such problems, simply touch the tip of your thump with that of the index finger of any hand, or both the hands, gently (all these points on our fingertips correspond to our brain). After a few seconds, one can feel pulsation at these points. Close your eyes for a minute. If you don't feel relaxed, then touch the tips of all your fingers of both the hands and close your eyes for a minute. Repeated this action for few times and see the miraculous result. This is called Gyana Mudra and is related to Sujok Acupuncture Therapy (a Korean therapy). Other Do’s & Don’ts A cup of coffee or tea also works. However, as a precaution avoid citrus fruits, pickles, especially lemon. Instead take tomato.
